COURSE TERMS & CONDITIONS

Welcome to AdvancedCryo. We are committed to maintaining the integrity of our training and protecting the intellectual property that underpins our courses. These Terms & Conditions outline the rules governing access to and use of our online education services and course materials.

1. Course Access and Use

By enrolling in this course, the student (“Participant”) is granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the course materials solely for personal education and professional development.

2. Intellectual Property

All course materials, including but not limited to videos, written content, guidelines, protocols, templates, and graphics (“Materials”), are the intellectual property of AdvancedCryo. This content is protected by copyright and trademark laws, both domestically and internationally. The Participant agrees to treat all course content as confidential and not to use it to create competing training materials, platforms or programs.

3. Restrictions

The Participant agrees not to:

  • Copy, reproduce, distribute or publicly share the course Materials in any form.
  • Upload or post the Materials on social media, websites, file-sharing platforms, or any other public or private platform.
  • Sell, resell or commercially exploit the Materials in any way.
  • Record, screenshot or otherwise capture course content for redistribution.

4. Account Security

Participants are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. Sharing access with others is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of access.

5. Termination

AdvancedCryo reserves the right to terminate course access without refund if any of the above terms are violated.

6. Liability

The Participant acknowledges that the Materials are provided for educational purposes only and agrees to use them responsibly. AdvancedCryo is not liable for misuse or failure to comply with these terms.

7. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Australia, New South Wales and any disputes arising from it shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Australia, New South Wales.

By enrolling in the course, the Participant confirms that they have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
