Our Medical Origins
Originally medically trained in Poland in the origins and application of modern Cryotherapy, we collaborated with medical doctors, conducting clinical trials and working with sports medicine associations to validate and raise awareness of Cryotherapy.
As the original Cryotherapy educators in the UK, our passion and focus has always been on education, helping practitioners and clients understand cold therapy, its applications and its potential benefits. Combined with our firsthand experience in achieving remarkable client results, this fuelled our strong belief in the consistent effectiveness of Cryotherapy. We recognised that, when used correctly, this transformative treatment needed to be accessible to everyone.
With a background in medical device sales and over 500 certified training sessions conducted across the UK and abroad, we’ve been dedicated to continually improving training standards and developing guidelines. Our work with clients facing a diverse range of health conditions and injuries has allowed us to provide unparalleled support and deliver the highest standard of practitioner training, equipping our clients to successfully integrate Cryotherapy into their practices.
Industry Expertise and Credibility
We have collaborated with Premier League clubs and elite athletes across multiple disciplines. This includes working closely with Manchester United and renowned athletes such as Cristiano Ronaldo, Marcus Rashford, Luke Shaw, Lisandro Martínez and Thiago Alcantara, focusing on muscle recovery and injury rehabilitation.

My journey into Cryotherapy began after suffering a career-ending injury, which inspired a passion to help others avoid the same outcome. As a Cryotherapy educator, coach and recognised subject matter expert, I have spent years training practitioners and working hands-on with elite athletes, injured clients, and individuals managing autoimmune conditions. Through this experience, I have witnessed life-changing results and developed a deep understanding of the science and application of thermal therapy and recovery. AdvancedCryo was created to provide trusted, research-driven education that empowers practitioners to move beyond simply operating devices and develop the knowledge, confidence and clinical expertise required to deliver true specialist-level care.
