‘Is AdvancedCryo education comparable to the training that manufacturers provide for operating their devices?’

No!

The two types of training are fundamentally different:

Manufacturer-led training primarily covers device specific equipment operation, ensuring safe and effective use, and often includes supporting theory and protocol guidance related to the therapy.

So what is a CryoSpecialist?

A CryoSpecialist is a recovery specialist who integrates Cryotherapy, thermal interventions and physiological principles to deliver high-level, individualised care across wellness, rehabilitation and performance.

CryoSpecialists command the expertise required to practice at a specialist level, with the ability to assess, manage and progress clients based on their individual goals. Using evidence-informed application of cold and heat therapies, they deliver effective outcomes within clinical and athletic performance settings.

This includes a deep understanding of anatomy, physiological responses and the application of thermal modalities, as well as how and when to combine them to achieve optimal outcomes.

AdvancedCryo qualifications are designed to build the skills and expertise required to attain recovery specialist status.
